MHRD National Testing Agency (NTA): Fill online NTA 2019 entrance exam online application form. National Testing Agency is all set to conduct NEET 2019, JEE 2019, CTET 2019, GPAT-2019, GMAT-2019, and UGC NET 2019 examination. National Testing Agency, NTA was passed by the cabinet on November 10, 2017. The Cabinet has already accepted the proposal of MHRD to set-up National Testing Agency. In this proposal, the NTA will have authority to conduct all the entrance exams conducts by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and other National Level Entrance Test for Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, Management etc.

In Lok Sabha, the Government is ready to conduct JEE and NEET exam twice a year. So, that student has better chance to perform and the competition level is distributed. Mr. Uprendra Kushwaha, Union Minister of  State for Human Resource Development (HRD) said that initially, National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct those entrance exams which are held by the CBSE.

21 August 2018: The official schedule from NTA has been released on 21 August 2018. Now, NEET-UG will be held once a year and JEE Main will be conducted twice a year. Check the new timetable of National Testing Agency (NTA) 2019 below.

Below table is updated after receiving new notification from National Testing Agency. Now, the MHRD has proposed a single NEET-UG Exam. The schedule for JEE Main will be same as of previous but the NEET 2019 will be now held on 5 May 2019 (SUNDAY).

7 July 2018: New Delhi: Suspense of whether is over now, Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar on 7 July 2018 (Saturday) in press conference has revealed that National Testing Agency (NTA) will be holding UGC-NET Dec 2018/ June 2019, NEET-UG 2019 will be held twice a year (February and May) and JEE Main-2019 will also be organized in Jan and April 2019.

The NTA NEET 2019, JEE Main and UGC NET 2019 is now available. Online application form, exam date, mode of paper, syllabus, exam pattern is also available.

National Testing Agency (NTA) Notification 2019

HRD Ministry proposed National Testing Agency so that burden of CBSE can be reduced. At present, CBSE conducts national level entrance exam i.e. medical (NEET) and engineering (JEE). But, in future, the National Testing Agency is going to organize NEET 2019, CAT 2019, JEE Main 2019, GATE 2019, GPAT 2019 GMAT 2019 etc.

National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is organized for undergraduate medical and dental course admission. According to the proposal of MHRD, the National Testing Agency is going to conduct NEET Exam twice a year. The written test shall be ONLINE (computer-based test).

The official website of National Testing Agency is www.nta.ac.in. The final dates has been announced on 21 August 2018, now, NEET-UG will be held once a year.

NEET UG 2019 (I)-UG Timetable

The first phase of NEET 2019 (I) shall be held in Feb 2019 (3 Feb 2019 to 17 feb 2019). The tentative timetable including the online application form, exam date, admit card download, result declaration, counselling schedule, notification & online NEET 2019 form registration.

NEET 2019: Complete Details

NTA NEET 2019 Eligibility

The applicant must qualify minimum eligibility for National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). Failing the minimum age limit, education qualification, number of attempts or producing wrong form details leads to cancellation of candidature.

NEET 2019 Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: The minimum age limit is 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
  • Maximum Age: The maximum age limit is 25 years (for General and OBC candidates) and 30 years (for other categories).

Education Qualification

The applicant must check their eligibility before NEET 2019 registration. The minimum percentage required is according to the category (OBC/ ST/ SC/ PH) of the candidate. The minimum qualification is 12th (Senior Secondary) pass from the state board or from the recognized University. The subject in Class XII must be Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology or any other elective subject with English. Also check the minimum percentage or marks required in the board examination.

Physics and Chemistry Marks (each): 50%
(b) Backward Class and Backward Class:

Nationality

  • Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
  • OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) candidates are also eligible to apply.
  • J&K: Such candidates are eligible for All India 15% quota only (also eligible for admission in AFMC, Pune) on the basis of self-declaration.
  • Passport Required: The Foreign candidate/ OCI must have passport document.
  • Aadhaar Card Requirement: UIDAI Aadhaar Card is not mandatory as per Hon’ble Supreme Court.
